At Emilia Wickstead, we pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship and hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return period for all full-priced items provided they remain in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all garment tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Arrange Collection
Affix the provided pre-paid DHL shipping label to the outside of your package and schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop it off at an authorized service point.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team has inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
